This role is for a duration of ~6 months. 

We are seeking a motivated, ambitious, hardworking ERP Training & Deployment Lead for a client in Toronto, Canada.  The ERP Training & Deployment Lead will play a leadership role in planning, developing, and delivering training for the plaza operations team and supporting the deployment.  You will collaborate with the business to execute business functions and business scenarios with users. You will oversee and participate with a core team to implement Netsuite or Ceridian ERP.  Candidate should have very good knowledge of NetSuite O2C / P2P or Ceridian Dayforce HCM. Candidate should have knowledge of Financial / General Ledger Accounting, or integration to HCM and Budgeting.  

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of a “Train the Trainer” training model to support training for end-users 
• Consult with other trainers, the customer, and leadership
• Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology and adjust training strategies, initiatives, and materials as necessary
• Develop, coordinate and monitor the TTT schedule
• Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
• Communicate training needs and online resources
• Test and review created materials
• Maintain a database of all training materials
• Review employee performance and learning
• Provide deployment support once training is complete

Skills:

• Previous experience supporting deployments for Ceridian HCM or Oracle NetSuite Financials 
• Previous experience as a Trainer
• Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
• Consistent record of delivering results
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, and interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
• Good interpersonal skills and communication at all levels
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Working knowledge of Crunchtime! is desired

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
