Ji Tech is currently seeking a Help Desk Tier I Support Technician to join our team on a Census Bureau project in Suitland, MD.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide phone, email, web, and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, computer operating systems, desktop applications for all types of computer systems, and applications developed or deployed under this contract.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software, all types of computer systems (PC and Mac), and printer problems.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Two (2) years of technical experience providing phone and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and applications developed under contract.
  • Requires competence in serving as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software PC and printer problems.
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently or under general direction.
