Ji Tech is seeking a motivated, ambitious, hardworking, and resourceful Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouses Consultant.  Our clients are some of the world’s leading companies and the candidate will be a part of challenging projects to build and support technical solutions for their needs.  The ideal candidate will be comfortable analyzing, diagnosing and influencing IT process problems, while developing business requirements for strategic projects and new solutions.  S/he will also play a key role in supporting the finance and accounting teams.

Responsibilities:

The Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouses Consultant will be responsible for developing business requirements for integrated management information systems across all finance, purchasing, sales, HR, cost, budget & accounting functions. The selected candidate will also be part of change management and process improvement discussions in order to identify and implement streamlined solutions. The Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouses Consultant will lead the management information and data requirements gathering initiative to develop and/or streamline the operational reporting capabilities. Ensure that processes are implemented to take full advantage of the capabilities of the systems. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented, business analyst with experience in business systems implementation and finance operations.

The Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouses Consultant will be a flexible and well-rounded individual with operational and project management experience. Someone who is self-motivated, detailed oriented, collaborative, and has strong customer relationship management skills. The Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouses Consultant is responsible for both Data Warehouse and non-data Warehouse BI systems development. The successful candidate is also responsible for ensuring high levels of BI availability through support function design of data structures and in-depth testing. The BI’s main role is to strategically design and implement BI applications, including integration with databases and data warehouses. This includes gathering requirements, selecting, blueprinting, designing, testing, and rolling out BI solutions to end-users.

Required:

• Assesses and cultivate long-term strategic goals for BI development in conjunction with end-users, managers, clients and other stakeholders. 
• Works closely with customers to understand business requirements and translate to the appropriate technical solutions to implement a BI solution to end-users. 
• Experienced in designing and implementing data models for Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse.
• Creates reports and dashboards, and design, code, extract, manipulate, and load into a data model/data warehouse.
• Troubleshoots BI tool problems and tune for performance, analyzes and validates data and document all new or modified BI systems.
• Validates data accuracy and builds reconciliation processes, as needed.
• Design and deliver end-user training and training materials.

Desired:

• 5+ years working with Oracle ADW, Oracle BI, SQL including intermediate to advanced knowledge on DML / DDL.
• Experience working within a Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, TerraData, or other major database management systems.
• Experience with Master or Meta Data repositories.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to translate business issues into technology solutions and vice versa.
• Demonstrated knowledge of technology project risks and strategies for managing and mitigating them.
• Experience with Data Governance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Access, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
• Programming skills such as Python, Java, JavaScript, etc. are preferred
• PMP certification and/or ITIL, CSM, CSPO, Agile certifications preferred.
